Dr. Curtis Campbell
Chiropractor
Dr. Curtis Campbell was born and raised in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, and graduated from Central Collegiate high school. Growing up, he was actively involved in many sports, with a particular passion for hockey. He played for the Moose Jaw Midget AAA Warriors before continuing his education at the University of Alberta, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
In 2006, Dr. Campbell moved to Toronto to attend the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, graduating in 2010 with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. Following graduation, he was excited to return home to Moose Jaw and begin practicing at First Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic. For more than 15 years, he has proudly cared for patients in the same clinic and is excited to continue serving the community in his recent role as clinic owner.
Dr. Campbell is dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health, mobility, and overall wellness. He believes every patient deserves an individualized, evidence-based treatment plan tailored to their unique needs and goals. His approach focuses not only on relieving current pain and dysfunction, but also on preventing future issues through education, movement, and proactive care. By combining clinical expertise with a patient-centred approach, Dr. Campbell empowers individuals to take an active role in their health and long-term well-being.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Campbell lives in Moose Jaw with his wife, two daughters, and their dog. He is actively involved in the local hockey community, having coached many teams and billeted multiple players for the Moose Jaw Warriors. In his free time, he enjoys staying active with his family through hockey, biking, and golfing, as well as spending time at Lake Diefenbaker with family and friends.
Dr. Kirby Campbell
Chiropractor & acupuncture provider
Dr. Kirby Campbell was born and raised in southern Ontario. She graduated from McMaster University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology before pursuing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree through a four-year chiropractic program at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Following graduation, Dr. Kirby and her husband relocated to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, where she began her chiropractic career at First Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic. She quickly developed a strong connection to the community and has proudly called Moose Jaw home for more than 15 years, building both her career and her family in the city.
Dr. Kirby Campbell is a dedicated chiropractor and certified Contemporary Medical Acupuncture provider with a strong foundation in human movement, rehabilitation, and evidence-based care. She is committed to delivering patient-centred treatment tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. By combining chiropractic care, acupuncture, and rehabilitative strategies, Dr. Campbell helps patients manage musculoskeletal conditions, improve mobility, reduce pain, and support overall wellness. Known for her compassionate and attentive approach, she believes in empowering patients through education and collaborative treatment planning. Dr. Campbell remains committed to ongoing professional development and staying current with the latest research to provide safe, effective care for the community.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Campbell enjoys life in Moose Jaw with her husband, two daughters, and their dog. In her free time, she loves supporting her children in their many activities, including hockey, dance, soccer, and fastball, while also staying active herself through yoga, biking, hiking, and golfing.
Dr. Christine Majeran
Chiropractor
Dr. Christine Majeran was born in Moosomin, SK, and grew up in Regina. She attended the University of Saskatchewan where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. In 1993, she graduated cum laude and with clinic honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Together with her husband, Dr. Steve Heidinger, they started the First Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic and have been fortunate enough to be in practice for over 30 years now. Dr. Majeran uses several different techniques including a “hands on” diversified technique, as well as instrument adjusting and low force adjusting using chiropractic table drop pieces.
She enjoys working with all ages from infants to golden years; she has a particular passion for treating infants, children, and pregnant women and has taken several paediatric and pregnancy focused trainings and programs over the past three decades. She is a member of the International Chiropractic Paediatric Association. Dr. Majeran believes that everyone, at any age, can benefit from chiropractic care and works with her patients to improve their quality of life using techniques that support the individual’s age and comfort level. Dr. Steven Heidinger
Chiropractor
Dr. Steve Heidinger has proudly served the Moose Jaw community for more than 30 years, providing patient-focused chiropractic care with a commitment to professionalism, education, and lifelong learning.
Originally raised in the Niagara Region of Southern Ontario, Dr. Steve attended the University of Waterloo before completing his chiropractic education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 1993. Shortly after graduation, he moved to Moose Jaw and established., along with his wife Dr. Christine Majeran, a professional practice which ultimately became First Chiropractic and Wellness Clinic. Dr. Steve has been helping patients improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life ever since.
Throughout his career, Dr. Steve has remained dedicated to advancing both his clinical knowledge and his understanding of healthcare systems and patient care. In 2023, he completed a Master of Health Studies degree, further strengthening his passion for evidence-informed healthcare and ongoing professional development.
Known for his approachable and practical style, Dr. Steve believes chiropractic care should be centered on listening to patients, understanding their goals, and helping them stay active and healthy through every stage of life.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Steve is an avid golfer and has a deep appreciation for the game. He often sees parallels between golf and health — both requiring consistency, balance, patience, and continual improvement.
After more than three decades in practice, Dr. Steve remains passionate about chiropractic and grateful for the opportunity to serve the people and families of Moose Jaw and surrounding communities.
Tegan Burgess, RMT
Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Tegan moved to Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan with her parents at a young age and has proudly called the community home for most of her life. She graduated from Central Collegiate in 2006 and, driven by a passion for helping others, pursued a career in massage therapy at the Western College of Remedial Therapies Inc. in Regina. Tegan graduated in 2008 and became a Registered Massage Therapist. Following graduation,
Tegan began her career at Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa, where she gained valuable experience working with a diverse clientele in a professional spa environment. Seeking new opportunities and adventure, she later moved to Ingonish, Nova Scotia, where she worked at the renowned Keltic Lodge Resort and Spa. Her time on the East Coast allowed her to further develop her skills while experiencing a unique and vibrant wellness culture. After several years away, Tegan returned to Moose Jaw to establish roots of her own and build a life centered around family, community, and wellness.
Today, she is a dedicated wife and proud mother of two very active children whose schedules are filled with sports and extracurricular activities. As a Registered Massage Therapist, Tegan is passionate about helping individuals improve their overall health and well-being. She believes that wellness extends beyond physical health and is committed to supporting her clients in achieving balance, reducing pain and stress, and enhancing their quality of life through personalized, evidence-informed care. Her goal is to create a welcoming environment where clients feel supported on their journey toward better health and wellness.
